Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed, or canceled without enough notice, it prevents other clients from being served. *Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. *Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. *No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings. *Grace Period: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and may be treated as a late cancellation. *Deposits: A non-refundable deposit will be required for new clients to secure your appointment.
